How We Started
An eco-friendly food initiative focused on utilizing quality local ingredients and bringing authentic local and global flavors to our clientele.
We have been in operation since 2017 and we currently offer nine gourmet pickles, two infused chili oils and four premium spices. We also do exclusive seasonal offerings such as sun dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.
All our recipes have been researched and devised by our founder, Pavel Hoq who is an avid food enthusiast and self-taught hobby chef.
One of the unique aspects of all our recipes is that none of them use any chemical or industrial preservatives or stabilizers. We use natural and food ingredient based preservation techniques that give all our products shelf-lives upwards of two years.
We use a responsible and locally rooted supply chain method to source our ingredients. our goal is to work toward popularizing less known yet nutritious local and indigenous fruits and vegetables to our consumers through our products.
